Gay saunas have long played an integral role in the fabric of gay culture worldwide, serving as safe spaces for the gay community to connect. Despite their historical significance, gay saunas have often been veiled in secrecy, a result of the stigma attached to the nature of these establishments.

Founded in 2003, F Club Manila was the brainchild of three visionary gay Filipinos who sought to create a haven for the gay community. What began as a modest venture has evolved into a six-storey sanctuary, gaining recognition as the premier gay hub in the Philippines.
Typical of gay saunas, F Club Manila offers amenities such as a dark maze and private cubicles. Yet, the establishment goes beyond the conventional with an entertainment lounge featuring a state-of-the-art karaoke system.
Beyond being just a gay sauna, F Club Manila actively promotes diversity and inclusivity by organising beauty pageants. These events range from Mr. Gay World Philippines to Miss Earth Fahrenheit, showcasing a commitment to fostering a sense of community beyond the confines of the sauna.
