Dear Singaporeans, I’m not sure when it happened. But somewhere along the last decade or so, chalets seem to have gone out of fashion. Thanks to the flurry of boutique hotels popping up all across the island as well as the accompanying rise of hipster culture, chalet gatherings have given way to swanky hotel parties.
