I stayed in their Deluxe Corner Room, which offered stunning city views and an ambiance of modern elegance. The spacious and thoughtfully designed room provided a luxurious retreat from the bustling city.
I also had the pleasure of sampling the hotel’s newly launched Rolling Ribs Menu, bringing an authentic taste of Memphis BBQ to the heart of Bangkok.
The highlight was undoubtedly the Pork & Beef Combo, an epic spread featuring a half-rack of smoked pork spare ribs, 200g of smoked cured beef brisket, Garlic Parmesan chicken wings, dry slaw, creamy slaw, jalapeños, cornbread, and hand-cut potato wedges. And this was just one item on the Rolling Ribs menu!
After a long day covering the Bangkok Pride March, Le Méridien Bangkok ensured we could relax and rejuvenate.
We indulged in a 60-minute Discovery massage at their SPA, a true highlight that provided deep relaxation and rejuvenation. This was followed by a 60-minute Private Onsen session, offering a serene and soothing escape.
